Where They Were

FOX Racing is one of the most recognised names in motorsport and action sports globally. Worn by world champions, trusted by weekend warriors, and respected across motocross, MTB, and off-road culture, the FOX brand carries serious weight internationally.
In New Zealand, that global reputation needed a local engine. A digital presence that matched the brand's ambition, a paid media approach that actually drove revenue, and a community of riders and fans that was actively growing not just sitting in a database.

What We Were Brought In To Do

Nice Marketing was engaged to build and maintain FOX Racing NZ's entire digital presence from the ground up. That meant taking ownership of Meta and Google advertising, building out email flows and database strategy, directing content, and establishing an ambassador programme that gave the brand genuine grassroots credibility in the NZ market.
Beyond the standard metrics, we looked at blended MER and overall online store health not just what the dashboards showed, but what was actually driving the business forward.
